Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of activation of any subscription and will be valid only if no labels or credits are used.
In case you feel that the service details provided to you are not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Technical Team within 24 hours of Service activated. The Technical Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
eShipz constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement in its present form without exception and also includes acceptance of any future revisions to the same. If the subscriber is dissatisfied with the services provided by eShipz.com then the sole and exclusive remedy available to the subscriber is to stop using the services and to terminate their account, by written intimation to eShipz. This does not absolve the subscriber of any dues which remain and the same remains payable.
eShipz also reserves the right to disconnect the services to the subscriber in case of any of a number reasons, including but not exclusive to-negative address verification, non-payment, violation of any terms of this agreement, usage of the service for any illegal or immoral activity etc.
We will try our best to satisfy our customers with our service.
In case any customer is not satisfied with our services or wishes to terminate our services, we will provide a refund basis the below conditions being fulfilled.
1. The notice of cancellation has come into us via email in writing.
2.The Client has not used any of the labels or services entitled to them within their subscriptions.
3.If the clients are in the midst of Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual subscription, the refund will be calculated post the cost of labels and services already used being deducted.
4.No refunds shall be given should the Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual subscription have less then 15 days left before the end of Subscription.
5.The Tax component is non-refundable.
6.The Implementation Fee is non-refundable
7.Any charges borne towards integration on any third party services/software’s will not be refunded.
Refund will only be made for the unused amount and on pro rata basis. The amount will be refunded in the form of credit note or in the original payment method entirely at the discretion of eShipz. The amount for which the service has been used will not be returned.
