Sales Development Representative
Location – Bengaluru (On-site)
Type – Full Time
Number of Vacancies – 2

Responsibilities (What you’ll be expected to do):
  • Overseeing Complete account management activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, influence long-term strategic direction, and be a trusted solutions person.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting (Cold Calling/Outreach, Social Media, Networking, Events etc).
  • Inbound lead Management and prospecting; creating a sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the tech and product teams at eShipz to enable seamless integrations with the partners.
  • Chart out the roadmap and long-term vision for the business.
  • Identify and scope new opportunity areas eShipz can build in future for its and work closely with the leadership team 

Qualifications:
        • 1-4 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role (preferably from the SaaS industry)
        • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
        • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
        • Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
        • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
        • Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
        • The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
