eShipz is a digital shipping automation with multichannel order management platform (the “Platform”) developed by LogIQ Labs Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered offices at 400/11, 20th R Cross, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Hebbal, Bangalore – 560 024. The Platform is made available by the Company on a subscription model, to organizations/ enterprises in booking commercial carriers for shipping their products within India or abroad and availing other incidental services such as label creation, order tracking, order syncing and such other services as detailed on our website www.eshipz.com.
For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, the term “you” or “customer” and all grammatical variations of it means, you the customer, who has registered with the Company to avail the Services and the terms “we”,“us”, our” or the “Company” means LogIQ Labs Pvt Ltd. The term “Logistics Partner” shall mean the shipping company/ courier company listed on our Platform, whose services can be availed by you, on using our Platform and the term “Data Subject” means any natural individual whose Personal Information or Data is shared by a Customer via a Platform during the course of availing our Services as well as the Services of the Logistics Partner.
Please note that we do not collect any Personal Information directly from Data Subjects. Any Personal Information is made available to us by you on your use of the Services. You agree to protect such Personal Information in the manner required by applicable Data Protection Laws in India.

We use information to administer and provide the core functionality of the Services to the Customer- For example, we use the information to create shipping labels and provide the information to the Logistics Partner for the shipping your products pursuant to your delivery order.
We may use information to respond to your requests or questions – which we receive on our online helpdesk or over email.
We use information to improve our products and services.
We may use the Data Subject’s information to make our Services better or we might use your information to customize your experience with us.
We would like to emphasize that we do not share personal data for any demo, analysis or promotional purposes.
Consent and use of Personal Information
The Customer understands that we do not collect any Personal Information from a Data Subject directly. We collect Personal Information, upon your subscription to the Platform, only for the purpose of providing the Services to you. You shall therefore ensure that you obtain consent from such Data Subjects whose Personal Information will be shared on our Platform as mandated under the IT Act and Rules thereunder.
As a consequence of the above, you agree and consent to us collecting (through the Platform), storing, processing and transmitting any Personal Information of the Data Subjects during the course of providing Services to you. You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve or disclose such Personal Information specified above, if required to do so by law or in good faith, believing that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or the order of any government authority.
In the event that you refuse to allow us from collecting or accessing the above information or opt-out of enabling us from collecting such information at a later point in time, we may at our sole discretion cancel your order and stop providing Services to you.

1. To a Logistics Partners to facilitate the processing of any orders placed by you;

How we store & retain your Information ?
Personal Information or Data of the Data Subjects processed during provision of the Services will be kept by us for the period deemed strictly necessary to fulfil such purposes – in any case, as these Personal Data are processed for the provision of the Services, we may continue to store this Personal Information Data for a longer period, as may be necessary to protect our interests related to potential liability related to the provision of the Services, unless you give a specific instruction to us to delete such Personal Data

Logiq Labs Private Ltd. is the owner and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the website www.eShipz.com and the web-based application named eShipz. The Platform assists Logiq Labs Private Limited’s clients to integrate logistic carriers and/or sales channels. The Platform facilitates shipment tracking, order-tracking notifications to customers, NDR automation, returns & exchange management.
We at Logiq Labs Private Limited process the personal information of our customers in the capacity of a Data Controller (for any personal information submitted on the website) and in the capacity of a Data Processor (for any personal information provided by our customers when they use our platform).

Tracking tools also used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyse our Website and our Services. Data Processing Agreements and Transfer Of Data Outside The EU And UK
As a Data Controller, we execute contracts required under the GDPR with our data processor to ensure that the data processor process the personal information as per the GDPR. Additionally, we implement technical and organizational security measures to ensure compliance.
As a Data Processor, we comply with the required safeguards pertaining to the safety of personal information received from our clients.
We at Logiq Labs , have in place a GDPR-compliant data processing addendum (as required by Article 28 of the GDPR) including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (“ITDA”) to ensure an appropriate legal basis for data transfers outside the EU and UK respectively.
Data Retention and Erasure
We have formulated an organisational data protection compliance policy. This Policy includes a data retention schedule which ensures that we comply with the principles under the GDPR, including ‘data minimization’ and ‘storage limitation’ and that personal information is stored, archived, and destroyed in accordance with the GDPR.
Record Keeping as Per GDPR:
According to Article 30 of the GDPR, each processor and controller’s representative needs to maintain a record of all activities pertaining to the processing of personal information in such an organization. Logiq Labs maintains such records as required under Article 30(1) and Article 30(2) of the GDPR.

The GDPR has stipulated measures and notifications that must be made upon discovery of a data security breach.
